Rick was on time, professional, and did a great job doing a couple plug installs for us and explaining the options available for our generator plug and our current system. Would recommend these guys for any work you need in your home.

Excellent service from appointment booking to job completion! I had the pleasure of working with Matt on a small but odd issue at my house. He got everything sorted out and was able to provide me with fair pricing for the fix. He completed the work promptly and was also very generous with his time, answering my questions and being a good sport with my two excited young kids. Harwinton Electric also did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop the day of my appointment and let me know when Matt was on his way. I will be contacting them again when we pull the trigger on an EV charging system for our house. I don't see any reason to use another company at this point. Also, if you live in Harwinton or the surrounding area, these folks are about as local as you can get! Thanks again Matt and Harwinton Electric!

Due to the July 4th storms, some of my outside wires started to pull away from the house. I sent a message on Sunday afternoon and got a prompt response Monday morning. Tiffany was great about scheduling the work and was able to get Mason to my house Monday afternoon. Mason was able to complete the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again!

Second time having Harwinton Electric out to our house for work that needed doing. The experience was just as amazing as the first time. All three (Mason, Matt and Rick) are a pleasure to work with. They take the time to listen and explain things well and we never feel like a rushed job. Great communication, super affordable, showed up on time, beyond personable and extremely professional. So happy to have a local company with great values to call when we need work done. Will hire them back again and again. Highly recommend

They responded quickly and came out as soon. As they could. Had to have some services done after a power surge damaged fuses and other electrical items. They handled everything same day. Big thanks to Rick for everything he did. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Only July 3rd I reached out to Harwinton Electric with a concern about heat coming from my breaker box. Tiffany was very quick to reach out to me. After the crazy storm we had on July 4th,
Mason and Matt came out today to take a look. They diagnosed the problem quickly, worked with Eversource to help fix the issue, and completed a main breaker switch swap while tightening everything else up.

Mason and Matt then took it upon themselves, to help my neighbor with a low hanging wire while they were there. Simply above and beyond service and great group to have in our neighborhood/area.

Thank you guys!!!
